       First, reduction of objects

      1.Lease the property of Jiangsu Construction Group Co., LTD.;

      2.Within the city of Nanjing;

      3.Small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial businesses engaged in the service industry。

      2. Exemption standards

      In July 2021, the rent will be halved, and in August, the rent will be free。

      Iii. Reduction and exemption methods

      1.If the corresponding rent is not collected, the lessee shall apply for it, and it can be reduced directly upon our approval;

      2.If the lessee has received the corresponding rent, the lessee can directly refund the rent, deduct the rent or delay the lease period after approval by our company。

      4. Approval process

      The lessee shall submit a written application to our company, including: 1.Application for rent reduction and remission by the tenant;2.The identity certificate of the legal representative of the leaseholder;3.Business license;4.Lease contract;5.Certificate of small and micro enterprises in service industry issued by relevant departments。Our company will complete the review and approval within 5 working days after receiving the materials submitted by the lessee。

      The deadline for application for rent reduction is 8 September 2021。
